答： Press the POWER button on the front of the player to turn on the power. 确认电源开关有打开。
Refer to your TV's manual for correct Video In channel selection. Change the TV channel until you see the player screen. 检查与电视相连的视频通道是不是对了，改变电视机的视频输入通道和制式，直到电视屏幕上显示播放器视频。
Check if the TV is switched on. 检查你的电视机有没打开。

问： 使用中出现黑屏
答：可能是按了 DVD /game( 视频转换 ) 切换键切换到了 VGA 状态 . S-Video,YUV,RGB(VGA)
. 检查线路 , 看是否出现断电 , 端子未插到位 , 电源指示灯是否亮 , 硬盘是否在转动 ..

答： Adjust the volume. 调节音量
Check the connections among equipments (Amp, TV, and Speaker) and initial settings. 检查相连的设备 ( 功放，电视，和喇叭 ) 是不是完好，与最初始的设置对不对。
Check if the HarDisc is not good 检查硬盘是否完好，是不是有可播放的文件 。
Check if the connection plugs are not loosened. 检查各部分的连接是否有松动。
Check if the connection terminals have foreign substances stained. 检查各连接的接触部位是否接触良好 。
Check the sound volume settings of each equipment and adjust it. 检查各声音设备的音量设置，并且调整到合适大小。

问： The player does not respond to the Remote Control 按遥控器没有作用?
答： Aim the Remote Control directly at the sensor on the front of the player. 对准播放机的正面操作遥控器。
Reduce the distance to the player. 用遥控器操作的距离不要太远。
Replace the batteries in the Remote Control. 更换遥控器的电池。
Re-insert the batteries with their polarities (+/–signs) as indicated. 确认电池的极性有没有反。

问 : 开机时初始化时间过长 , 超过 20 秒以上?
答 : 表示硬盘不被识别 , 请检查硬盘有无格式化 , 有无运转 ..

问：是否可改开机画面？
答：客户将开机画面图片文件发给我们，由我司改好软件，发给客户自行升级．

问 : 插入 USB 后 , 电脑不能识别 USB 设备 ?
答 : .1. 确认电脑装有 USB 驱动程序 (winXP 自带 ), 可以试试能不能识别普通 U 盘 .
2. 检查电源，确认播放机通上电。
3. 先插好 USB 线，打开开关，再插入电源插头 .
