A: Press the POWER button on the front of the player to turn on the power. Confirm the switch is opened.
Refer to your TV's manual for correct Video In channel selection. Change the TV channel until you see the player screen. Check whether the video passway linking with TV is right, change the video input channel and rule of the television, show the player video to the television screen.
Check if the TV is switched on. The television which checks you has not been opened .

Q: Reject black while using ?
A: May have pressed DVD / game (video is changed ) and switched over the key to switch over to VGA state. S-Video,YUV,RGB(VGA)
. Checking the circuit, see whether to cut out or not, son has not inserted and put the end in place, unless power there is indicator lamp the bright, hard disk it rotate ..

Q: No sound or distorted sound or have more distorted sound as the sound ?
A: Adjust the volume. Regulate volume
Check the connections among equipments (Amp, TV, and Speaker) and initial settings. Whether it is intact to check the equipment (work is put , the TV , and the loudspeaker ) linking to each other, it is right to be incorrect with the most initial establishment.
Check if the HarDisc is not good checks whether the hard disk is intact, whether has files that can be broadcast.
Check if the connection plugs are not loosened. Check whether the connection of every part becomes flexible.
Check if the connection terminals have foreign substances stained. Check whether the contact position of every connection keeps in touch well.
Check the sound volume settings of each equipment and adjust it. The volume of checking every sound equipment is set up , and adjust to the suitable size.

Q: Does not The player does not respond to the Remote Control have function according to the remote controller?
A: Aim the Remote Control directly at the sensor on the front of the player. Operate the remote controller in front of aiming at the broadcaster.
Reduce the distance to the player. The distance operated with the remote controller is not too far!
Replace the batteries in the Remote Control. Change the battery of the remote controller.
Re-insert the batteries with their polarities (+/-signs) as indicated. Confirm whether there is the polarity of the battery instead .

Q: It is too long when initializing time while starting the machine, exceed more than 20 seconds?
A: Unless it show hard disk discerning, please check unless there aren't hard disk , operate ..

Q: Can change greetings ?
A: The customer issues the greeting picture file to us, is changed the good software by our department, upgrade by oneself for the customer.

Q: After inserting USB, can't the computer discern USB equipment?
A: 1. Confirm the computer is equipped with USB driver (winXP brings by oneself), can have a try of and can discern ordinary U plate .
2. Check power , confirm broadcaster to be put through to pay cable.
3. Good USB line is inserted first , opens the switch , and then insert the plug.
